Motto is a creative firm focused on brand identity + communications, package design, advertising and interactive.

Established in 2004, Motto was created for one simple reason: to do great work that matters. Our agency is built around the creative and strategic leadership of founding partners Sunny Bonnell and Ashleigh Hansberger. We work with accomplished, ambitious companies who understand that a brand is not a logo or a brochure, but rather a story that resonates with their customers.

We see design as a strategic necessity, an agent for change, and a way to help our clients communicate their message. Beyond a passion for excellence, Motto’s core approach is to uncover our client’s stories and find creative, meaningful ways to present them.

My partner & I won the Make Mine A Million $ Business Award in Atlanta in 2007.

I'm a Ladies Who Launch ongoing member. I am the designer of the jewerly line My Little Pretty. When I went through the incubator with Ladies Who Launch, jewelry was just a side business. With their help, I got up the guts to leave my day job at WB and go full time.

My designs have mostly been one of a kind until this year. 2008 marked the launch of a line that we can now duplicate. I just finished NY Accessories, Atlanta Gift, LA Gift and MAGIC for the first time and am busy filling orders for the new stores we're now in.

I believe that my jewelry is different than what's out there because it's made with quality components (sterling silver, semi-precious stones and Swarovski crystals and pearls). I use combinations of stones and color that infuse the pieces with positive energy. It's also all hand made - here in the USA.

You can see images of my line and more info about My Little Pretty here: www.mylittlepretty.com/ResellerPhotoGallery

Sony Heron's Luna Llena Management is a NYC-based boutique agency that represents hairstylists, makeup artists and wardrobe stylists for work in television, film, fashion and varied projects (website: www.llmgmt.com).

As an agency, LLM has been in existence since 2005 but our stylists are well-respected veterans of the industry who have anywhere from 10 to 20+ years of experience. Whether one cites luck or a higher power, we truly have had the benefit of both and we represent among our stylists, the makeup artist that created the amazing looks in "Tootsie", "The Wiz" and "Silence of the Lambs".... as well as the makeup artist for the on-screen talent on "Project Runway"....trust me, a total fluke but one that we truly grateful for!!

As we mentioned, we are honored to represent the stylists that add their well-regarded skills to "Project Runway", and equally of our stylists who lend their creative skills to "Make Me a Supermodel" and "Tim Gunn's Guide to Style"; fashion layouts for magazines such as Radar and Allure, as well as major shows at Fashion Week, season after season!

We are also thrilled to share our talents with everyone through our special events work including weddings, Sweet 16 events, corporate videos, etc. We feel that every woman should have the experience of feeling glamorous and being pampered like celebrities at the Oscars!

Of course, while all of our previous work is quite impressive, we're always in search of the next project or assignment that will keep us relevant but also will, at a key point, catapult us to the next level...as I mentioned before we are a 'boutique' agency....which is PC-speak for 'small'....and perhaps, this opportunity will be the catalyst. Our logo consists of a full moon and twinkling stars representing the vast opportunities in the universe...and we're always reaching for the stars!!

Hi My name is Monica Diaz owner of Style Matters Inc. a style/personal branding consultant.
I work with individuals, groups and corporations to help discover and develop their personal brand.
What I am most enthused about is my Style Empowerment Seminar. This seminar teaches women how to identify their personal style and create it. It is designed to get the benefits of working with a stylist in a group environment. The group is kept small in order to give me the opportunity to individual attention to each participant. A workbook is used to help discover true style and what works for each individual. The last part of the seminar is a group shop so that participants put into practice everything they have just learned. Professional make up lesson and hair consultations are also part of the package. At the end of the seminar these women have gone through a professional style consultation at a fraction of the cost and had lots of fun along the way.
Being a member of Ladies Who Launch has given me the support and a wealth of knowledge to make my business possible
Helping others discover their true potential and giving them the confidence to meet all their goals is what makes my career extremely rewarding.

Dear SpinDaily,

Bonjour! I’m so excited to introduce you to Wifeware by Jen Gorman sold at Wifeville.com. Where just because you're hitched, doesn’t mean your hip-chick image is ditched. June Cleaver doesn’t shop here. ;)

I moved to Wifeville shortly after getting hitched. Why do brides have all the fun? Can’t we celebrate being Wives too? I think so. As a former Capitol Hill staffer I had always dreamed of being a Mayor, and I’m pleased to say I ran unopposed. Batman had Gotham City, Superman had Krypton, and now wives have Wifeville.

Our sweet ‘n sassy line features contemporary, hipster duds. You can spoil your inner fashionista and show off your love for your hunky hubby in our signature gear. Our Wifeware makes statements such as: The Wife of the Party, The Wife Wears Prada, Wild Wild Wife, Gold Medal Wife, and even Wifeville Dropout.

We’ve been featured at the MTV Movie Awards and on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” on E! It’s been a wild ride. Go on – take us for a Spin. ;)

My husband rian (boyfriend at the time) and I came up with the idea for rian handbags on a napkin at our favorite breakfast spot in Seattle 4 years ago. Since then we have developed a full men's and women's lifestyle accessory line with a show room in New York.

The inspiration for rian men's and women's comes from our travels. The outcome is fashion forward accessories with functional elements that compliment the lifestyles of our consumer.

We are carried at stores internationally including:

Fred Segal (LA), Kitson (LA), Lounge (NY), Takashimaya (NY) and Marqsmen (WA)

With the successful launch of events such as Pet Fashion Week New York and similar venues springing up world wide, it is not a stretch to say that in recent years, fashion has gone to the dogs - literally. Primp Doggy is a company dedicated to ensuring that our canine companions are dressed in fashions that are tastefully reflective of the elevated status dogs have achieved in our lives. Primp Doggy's line of ready-to-wear styles for boys and girls is available in fine pet boutiques accross the county. In addition, Primp Doggy has custom design services and has created couture dresses, faux leather coats and casual housewear for dogs of celebrities and other individuals who live sophisticated lifestyles and want their cherished dogs to reflect their good taste.
Primp Doggy fashions have been featured in numerous magazines as well as on Seattle's King 5 Morning news.
I am a Ladies Who Launch member and my website is www.primpdoggy.com
As an aside, I am not the organizer of Pet Fashion Week NY; I simply mention it as proof that canine fashion apparel is serious business that is being embraced by individuals from diverse walks of life, and it is here to stay. I believe Primp Doggy would be a unique and well received fashion entity to feature on SpinDaily.
Thank you for your consideration.

Hello – my name is Yolanda G. Smith, RN, MSN, CCRN – Founder/Director Holistic Self–Care: Just For Me, Inc. established January 2007. I am a Holistic Nurse Educator – Specializing In Self-Care, Wellness & Stress Management. I am a professional registered nurse with 26 years of experience – and held positions as: Associate Director of Nursing – Cardiothoracic Services, Critical Care Educator, Nursing Faculty, Adjunct Nursing Instructor and Staff Nurse Cardiothoracic Surgical ICU. I am also the Founder/President of YGS Medical–Legal Consulting established June 1997 – where I work in the roles as Legal Nurse Consultant, Expert Witness, Speaker and Nurse Educator.

While growing my first business – I did not have balance in my life. I focused my attention on fulfilling the needs of others and running my successful business – ultimately losing my identity to my business. I was working 15-hours days – six days per week. I did not practice self–care activities nor nurture – cherish & love myself first. As a woman, nurse and healthcare provider – I constantly took care of the needs of others at my own expense. I often felt too tired to take care of myself after giving to others day after day. After being hospitalized in 2004 for fours days from extreme sensory overload – I made a conscious decision to live a healthy – happy balanced life.

Since August 2004, I have completely transformed my life. I now passionately live a life of balance – joy – happiness – pleasure – wellness by loving myself mind – body & soul everyday. Our mission at Holistic Self–Care: Just For Me, Inc. “To Enlighten & Empower others to live a happy – joyous – passionate – pleasurable life of wellness by loving themselves: mind – body & soul”. Our compassionate dedicated team of health practitioners are dedicated to assisting others in healing their mind, body & soul through our Spiritual Counseling – Holistic Life Coaching – Self-Care – Wellness and Stress Management Programs by enlightening & empowering others holistically on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

I have used my life experiences and developed a Holistic Self–Care Wellness Model © Yolanda G. Smith 2007. The foundation of my model is to assist individuals in creating a balanced healthy life by focusing on the mind – body & soul with seven essential elements: work/career, emotional/mental self, relationships, intimacy, physical body, finances and soul/spirit.

Hello

I am a Ladies Who Launch Atlanta member. I started Original Belly Works three years ago. The idea came to me while I was pregnant with my fourth child. I wanted to create a lasting heirloom that could be past down through the generations. And in so doing, I found a way to protect the plaster casting by fiberglassing it which also provides a smooth canvas to decorate. Original Belly Works is the ONLY source to provide this service for their clients. I want people today to step 'Out of the Box' and see that art is about breaking down barriers. It gets people to feel, to think and to react. So when you come across life size pregnant belly sculptures that have been covered in denim, jellybeans, rhinestones, bellies that have been painted with elaborate themes or transformed into something else entirely, you can’t help but stop and think about what it all means. All your preconceived ideas go out the window. Suddenly people see that art can be fun and art can be functional and interesting to everyone, not just people who frequent museums.

What is an Original Belly Works Sculpture?

An Original Belly Works’ Keepsake Is Meant to Be Uniquely Yours

A gift for Mom and a keepsake for Baby, an Original Belly Work’s sculpture is a beautiful, lasting impression of the pregnant woman’s torso. With paint, fabric, flowers of other enhancements of choice, the final work presents a wonderful, whimsical piece of art and an expressive symbol of love and hope. Available for adoptive parents and moms who have given birth, our superior quality, preformed figures are ready for your personal touch.

What’s in an OBW Belly Cast Kit?

Each kit contains all materials needed to craft a plaster cast of Mom-to-Be’s belly. Receive step-by-step instructions, 5 rolls of premium casting material, vaseline, rubber gloves, a drop cloth and a bucket.

The Finishing Touch….

….is an OBW fiberglass Finish. As the only source to extend this option; using your plaster belly cast, OBW will cast a smooth finish fiberglass belly ready to decorate. This weather resistant material prevents mold, chipping, breaking, and cracking. The lightweight sculpture also mounts easily to the wall. Plaster kits contain ordering instructions.

Transformational Jewelry is designed to bring beauty, wellness and fashion and transformation together into one wonderful product! What we focus on expands, so wearing jewelry with words that remind you to focus on qualities and emotions you want more of in your life can help begin and support a transformation. Science has even begun to show that words written or affixed to a container have an impact on the molecular structure of the water within, we are 70+% water (depends on the tissue), so wearing words like 'Love', 'Gratitude' and 'Joy' can impact us so profoundly that they can even change our molecular makeup.

My name is Payson Cooper, I am a Ladies Who Launch member and a jewelry maker/designer. I created the Transformational Jewelry line to help myself and others continue the transformational work started in seminars and through personal growth work. I found I needed an anchor, a touch stone and daily reminder to help me ground the work I was doing. Please take a look at www.transformationaljewelry.com for more information.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to submit to SpinDaily and the chance to be selected.

With gratitude,
Payson Cooper

My company is called Beautiful Fitness. BF was incorporated 3 years ago, and since then we have been offering fitness/wellness services, image services, and 30 plus other more unique 'new skill' workshops like Texas Hold'Em , Stand up Comedy, and Feng Shui to women at home.
We work with some of the best (no lie) massage therapists, personal trainers, and other specialists in NYC ( the secret to this is that we pay more than they make per hour at their high end day jobs). Our clients tend to be brilliant, demanding, self-made women who find that at-home service is a convenient way to make personal development a priority even in their very busy lives.
Please take a moment to check out our site...www.beautifulfitness.com, and perhaps take a moment to have a look at my blog, for more information. Thanks so much for the opportunity! Referred by Ladies who Launch
All the best,
Alix

I am a Ladies Who Launch member working to turn good fashion into good karma!

The time has come to start thinking about the impact that your purchases make on others. Do you know how many people profited from that purse you have? Do you know who made it and if their employment allows them to feed and clothe their own family? When you don't have time to look into the impact of your purchases, you can go to fair trade vendors like Karma Market to stay stylish and have peace of mind knowing that your purse has not cost someone their quality of life.

I began Karma Market (www.thekarmamarket.com) because there is a tremendous need to spread the word about the benefits of buying fair trade items; the ability to let your purchases reflect your values. Buying simply to show off your fashion sense is old news. Being a socially responsible shopper and voting with your dollars is hot!

Each Karma Market purse, jewelry, home decor and accessory item supports a particular Fair Trade artisan group. The stories of the groups that supply Karma Market are compelling and help you understand the core of why Fair Trade is so important.

Examples of beautiful and incredible buys provided at $50 or under at the Karma Market include items provided by the following groups:

• Stylish Eco Purses and Totes made from recycled plastic help to provide jobs for the urban poor in Delhi, India, who are paid a fair wage for their work.
• Stricking baskets from the Blessing Basket Project provide weavers with the ability to have adequate housing, nutritious meals and education for their families.
• Unique purses handcrafted from antique saris, plus satin purses, bracelets, necklaces and earrings are available from The Tara project in India which provides women with economic security through regular work at living wages, plus they lobby for the rights of women and children and fund vocational schools and literacy centers.
• Silver pendants are provided by the Karen Hill Tribe villagers in Northern Thailand.
• Artisans at a Guatemalan fair trade cooperative workshop provide embroidered belts, beaded necklaces, bags, earrings.

Each item purchased from the Karma Market is accompanied by a gift tag explaining from where the piece originates, a story about the artisan group and a little bit about fair trade.

Karma Market is making a difference everyday by offering fair trade gifts, ensuring that artisans are paid a living wage and that their products aren't made using forced or exploitative child labor. Our main focus is to improve the lives of artisans worldwide by generating awareness around fair trade and making the hip and beautiful handcrafted work of the artisans more accessible to the average consumer.

Our beautifully handcrafted jewelry, bags and home décor are sourced from local cooperatives and companies who support artisans by providing them with a fair wage and helping them to become economically stable. Producers work in healthy and safe working conditions in the local context and there is often an emphasis on reinvesting in their communities and working to preserve the environment.

By choosing fair trade items we not only help provide income, dignity, hope and respect to people in developing regions. We also help to sustain the communities and the environment of future generations.
